Price: Finger food - From £20 per person. Buffet - From £30 per person. Minimum 10 people. Delivery: You can pick them up from the chef's home or delivery can be made at the cost of transportation (by taxi). If service stuffs are needed, waiting staffs cost £80 per person, our chef costs £150 (exclusive VAT). Drinks: You can prepare your own drinks or choose from Lanka wine list. Plates and cutlery: You can prepare plates and cutlery by yourself or, alternatively, we can get them from hire companies with the cost of price and our organising fee of £30. We can also provide disposable goods - large aluminum oval plates at £1.50 each, medium aluminum oval plates at £1 each, paper dinner plates at £0.20, paper cake plates at £0.10 and £0.10 for each item of plastic cutlery. VAT will be added on these prices. Booking: Please contact us by phone or email. If you need to cancel your booking or change the number of people, please let us know at least 3 days before the booking. *Note: there is a fee of 50% of the total booking amount for last minute cancellations (48 hours before) and 100% charge for less than 48 hours notice. Payment: Please make payment by cash or cheque payable to 'Lanka Catering' on the day. We will ask you to send or deliver a deposit of 50% of the fee to secure your booking if the total booking price amount will be more than £500.
