Cookery Class

From traditional French cuisine to simple home cooking popular throughout France, you will prepare a mouthwatering three course meal. You can choose your favourite dishes from our monthly menu and also learn family-style cuisine which is served by party trays.

Date & Time ♦
Wednesdays. 10:00 am - 2:30 pm or 10:30 am - 3:00 pm.

Place ♦
Classes are held either at your home or at our chef´s home at Hampstead, NW3. Cost of transportation (by taxi) is charged for home classes.

Class Size and Fee ♦
Group bookings only - charged at £48 per head (inclusive VAT). Minimum fee for a class is £240 (even if fewer than 5 people). For groups over 5 people, £48 per head will be added (£ 288 for 6 people, £336 for 7 people, etc).

Booking ♦
Please check availability and book early as classes are very popular. If you need to cancel your booking or change the number of the people attending, please let us know at least 3 days before the class. These is a fee of 50% for last munite cancellations and 100% charge for on the day.

* Please bring your own apron and hand towel.
* Children are not allowed in the class.
* Extra cost will be charged if you use special gourmet ingredients such as caviar, foie gras, beef filet and lobster.
* Cake boxes for take away are provided.

Cake Class

You choose a kind of cake. After the lesson, indulge with the rest of the class in a tasting of the deserts with tea or coffee and take away the rest home for yourselves.
